Privacy Policy

Last updated September 26, 2026

This policy explains how Northgate Enterprises LLC ("Northgate", "we", "us") handles information when you visit northgate-enterprises.com (the "Site") or contact us. Each of our software products has its own privacy notice covering the data that product handles. Where a product notice and this policy differ, the product notice applies to that product.

Summary

  • The Site uses no cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
  • We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
  • If you email us, we use your message only to respond and to keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected when you visit the Site

The Site is a set of static pages. It has no forms, accounts, or cookies. It's delivered by our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and its content delivery network. As part of delivering pages and protecting against abuse, AWS processes technical information such as your IP address, browser user agent, and the pages you request. We don't enable access logging or analytics on the Site, and we don't use this information to identify you.

Information you send us

When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if your email includes it, and anything you put in the message. We use it to answer you, to handle support, billing, or privacy requests, and to keep a record of the conversation. Incoming mail is received through AWS and forwarded to our mailbox. The copy AWS keeps on receipt is deleted automatically after 90 days. We keep correspondence as long as we reasonably need it for support, legal, or accounting purposes.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our hosting and email providers, and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights. If the business or a product is sold or transferred, related information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by contacting us at our support email address, which will be published on our Support page shortly. Depending on where you live, including Virginia, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. We'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Security

The Site is served only over HTTPS. We limit access to the information we hold to what's needed to run the business, and we use the security controls our providers offer. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

The Site and our products are intended for businesses. They're not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make it prominent on the Site.
